It is very well situated. 3min. walk from both railwaystations. All major sites are within a 15 min walking distance. An amazing view from the upper floors over Lille.Staff is very friendly. Is was a very pleasant stay.

nice area, central location adjacent to the old town, city centre and the lovely old town and beautiful square. for tea or coffee visit paul nearby.

The 4 person appartment was spacious with fantastic views.

The staff were a bit rude and there was a large cigarette burn in the floor. It also smelt strongly of smoke (although non-smoking specified).

hotel 10 min walk from Eurostar station and walking distance of 10 mins to old Lille and all its attractions.It is next to the major shopping centre. . Excellent value for money, staff helful. Room clean.

Little bit noisy if windows open at night but quiieter after 1am.

The kitchen facilities were useful. The hotel was also very close to the city centre

Car parking was difficult. We booked a car parking space but in order to get the car park access key we had to park elsewhere which was expensive, walk to the hotel and then relocate.

The hotel was close to the center of the city but more so next to the Lille Europe mall and the train station. The accommodation was good and the parking was very convenient and safe. The Apart'hotel was very functional and clean although not really luxury grade. We traveled as a group of families with young kids and found the accommodation to be just right.

Excellent Apartment and location. Very well furnished/laid out and in pristine condition. Also about the quietest hotel or aparrment I have ever had anywhere ever ...... Eventhough I was not in so much,it was a pleasure to return to such comfort and style and space. Would recommend it to everybody and would certainly opt for this setup again in the future.

Fairly clean place with absolutely superb view across the town. Tidy, airy room, with great bed and pillows. Paid £ 98. Location short walk to a massive supermarket, train station and shopping centre, and both railway stations. Totally very nice stay for a 4 day business trip...

We liked its location, next to the Euralille Shopping centre and the location is very close to the city centre.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms and with outside temperatures of 31º C this would have been no luxury. There was a table ventilator in the room however.

Location and room

The charge on breakfast was 9.50 euros. But there was nothing there for breakfast. When they have made such a good hotel, least they could do is have an elaborate breakfast and charge 20 euros if needed. internet was very slow. these are tiny details and can be fixed immediately.

Having two separate rooms with facilities. Excellent breakfast.

No air conditioning. Lifts require a good service!! Very bumpy. I was expecting clean towels every day, as we had in another Apart/hotel in Barcelona.

I spent two nights at Citadines in Lille and enjoyed my stay. The location couldn't be better, right next to the Eurostar and a quick walk to the city center. My studio was spacious and clean, providing all the kitchen amenities needed for my stay. The all-day coffee in the lobby was a great touch! I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It could have used a little more attention. The sound insulation wasn't the best either. I could hear some noise from the street at night, slightly disruptive. Despite these issues, the cute staff really made a difference. They were helpful and attentive, which enhanced my overall experience.
